Loeb & Loeb's Nussbaum on IPOs in China

Loeb & Loeb LLP's Mitchell Nussbaum says there are pros and cons to the new Chinese Nasdaq-type stock exchange, ChiNext, which launched earlier this month and is the topic of Matt Miller's cover story for The Deal magazine, The kids are all right. Nussbaum says the new market gives private equity firms and investors another exit, but there is some uncertainty revolving around the regulation of the market.
