Looking for a job in private equity? It's not easy to break into -- and it's even tougher in the current economy -- but there are some points of entry if you know where to look. According to the "2009 Leadership Outlook - A Global Perspective for the Private Equity Market," from executive recruiter Russell Reynolds Associates, PE firms continue to add talent. In this edition of Inside The Deal, Abby Adlerman, who leads the PE practice at Russell Reynolds, says with firms laser focused on their portfolio companies, operations managers are in demand, as are executives who have managed through previous downturns.
