Inside The Deal: E&Y's Krouskos on filling strategic holes

Even though it seems like the perfect time for corporations with extra cash on their balance sheets to acquire, many are holding back, according to Steve Krouskos, a partner at Ernst & Young. In this episode of Inside The Deal, Krouskos explains to The Deal's Suzanne Stevens that although the price is right, cash and confidence are delaying dealmaking this quarter.
