American International Group Inc. (NYSE:AIG) aims to quell anger over compensation with a new employee ranking system. Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (NYSE:GS) and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) hope to do the same with restricted stock bonuses for their chief executives. But according to Gustavo Dolfino, managing director at executive recruiter Accretive Solutions Inc., stock bonuses for bank executives aren't as restricted as they may appear.
