At The Deal's M&A Outlook 2009 Jay Rothman, a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP, and Jonathan Peskoff, managing director of investment banking M&A Group at FBR Capital Markets, said it could take two quarters before valuations of middle market companies return back to normal. - Maria Woehr
