Digital Sky Technologies Ltd.'s purchase of AOL Inc.'s ICQ operations
for $187.5 million in cash "will turn out to be a fair price paid for one of the best independent technologies out there,"
says Scott Peters, co-president, The Jordan Edmiston Group Inc., which provides independent investment banking services
to companies in the media and information industries.
