Published January 31, 2012 at 4:00 AM

"We're working on a number of [private equity] transactions that feel more like ... what we saw in the first quarter 2011," Tyler Dickson, a managing partner and Head of Global Capital Markets Origination at Citigroup Global Markets Inc., told The Deal's senior writer David Marcus at Northwestern Law's 39th annual Securities Regulation Institute. Dickson goes on to outline his predictions for buyout activity for 2012 based on his observations of the current market. - George White
