European banks have begun been deleveraging, but haven't been doing so across all asset classes, says Paul Hastings LLP partner Joel Simon in this video interview with The Deal Pipeline. Simon notes that some banks have already "brought real estate nonperforming-loan portfolios to market, but we haven't seen the full portfolio come to market yet." - George White
