Billionaire hedge fund manager George Soros is ending a nearly 40-year career of managing investor funds in part due to new regulations that would require his firm to register with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In this video interview with The Deal Pipeline, Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP partner Wayne Aaron asserts that "it's going to create a lot of burdens for these funds and their advisers." He also points out that "all of these funds and their advisers will then potentially be on the radar screens of the regulators."
