Boston Generating case 'incredibly bitter'

Published June 9, 2011 at 4:00 AM

Constellation Energy Group Inc.'s $1.1 billion acquisition of Boston Generating LLC has been an "incredibly bitter" case, says Latham & Watkins LLP's Robert Rosenberg, outside counsel to Boston Generating. In this video for The Deal magazine, Rosenberg explains why the purchase of the subsidiary of U.S. Power Generating Co. has been a "unique" process that sets an "important precedent." Rosenberg is the top-ranked bankruptcy lawyer by volume in The Deal Pipeline's League Tables. - Katie Roof
