Power Home Auction Yields Deal

Power Home Remodeling Group, a Harvest Partners LP and Ardian SA-backed provider of exterior home renovations and installations, has brought in new investors following a competitive sale process, according to three sources familiar with the situation.
The Chester, Pa.-based company signed the deal in March, the sources said.
Harris Williams advised Power Home on the auction, said the sources. Bank of America Corp. co-advised the process, said the three sources plus two additional sources familiar with the process. Rothschild & Co also advised the company, one of the sources said.
Power Home was marketed on roughly $400 million in Ebitda, four of the sources familiar with the process said.
Power Home is receiving fresh capital from two new financial groups as part of the deal, two of the sources said. The existing investors will retain stakes, three of the sources said.
Around four to six sponsor suitors made it to the final round, one of the sources said.
