The Deal Recognizes White & Case’s Kristen Rohr as Part of Top Rising Stars List

Rohr, a partner in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group, is an honoree in The Deal’s Top Rising Stars: Class of 2021.

The Deal, an award-winning financial news organization, is proud to announce that White & Case LLP’s Kristen Rohr has been named to its 2021 Top Rising Stars list.

A partner in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group in New York, Röhr focuses on advising public and private companies as well as private equity clients on a broad range of M&A transactions in a variety of industries.

Rohr was part of the White & Case team that advised ION Acquisition Corp. 1 Ltd., a special purpose acquisition company, on a January business combination with Taboola.com Ltd., an online advertising platform, which valued the target at about $2.6 billion. She was also part of the team that helped advise Newmont Mining Corp. on its $10 billion purchase of Goldcorp Inc., completed in April 2019. Röhr joined White & Case in October 2012 and was named partner in January.

The Deal’s Top Rising Stars list honors top U.S.-based, M&A-focused partners. In order to be eligible, individuals should have made partners between March 1, 2020, and Feb. 28, 2021, and shown an ability to navigate complex dealmaking situations.
