The Deal Recognizes White & Case’s Suni Sreepada as Part of Top Rising Stars List

Sreepada, a partner in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions group, is an honoree in The Deal’s Top Rising Stars: Class of 2021.

The Deal, an award-winning financial news organization, is proud to announce that White & Case LLP’s Suni Sreepada has been named to its 2021 Top Rising Stars list.

A partner in the firm’s New York office, Sreepada focuses on advising public and private companies as well as private equity clients on a broad range of M&A transactions and other corporate matters. Sreepada joined White & Case in April 2016 and was named partner in January.

Sreepada helped advise Australian asset manager IFM Investors Pty. Ltd. on its $10.3 billion purchase of Houston pipeline company Buckeye Partners LP in November 2019 and a consortium composed of Brookfield Infrastructure and its institutional partners and GIC on the $8.4 billion acquisition of Genesee & Wyoming Inc. She was also part of the team that helped advise Graf Industrial Corp. on its $1.8 billion purchase of Velodyne Lidar Inc. from Baidu Inc., Ford Motor Co., Hyundai Mobis Co. Ltd. and Nikon Corp. She’s done multiple deals for Roark Capital Group including when Roark’s Inspire Brands Inc. acquired Sonic Corp. in 2018 and Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. in 2017.
